13. Authorization for Use of Logos, Words, and Brand Assets (Mobile App Publishing & Marketing)

The Company authorizes Racketail Solutions and Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to use certain brand assets solely for the purpose of developing, publishing, and marketing the Company’s mobile applications on the Google Play Store and related platforms.

The authorized assets include:

  – Logos: Official brand logos of the Company (as designated).

  – Words/Brand Names: “My Youdha”, “Youdha Connect”, and “Youdha”.

This authorization is limited to mobile app publishing, promotion, and maintenance in compliance with Google Play policies.

All intellectual property rights in the logos, words, and brand assets remain with the Company. This authorization does not transfer ownership but only permits limited usage rights for the above purposes.

Any misuse or unauthorized use beyond the permitted scope will result in revocation of authorization and may lead to legal action.
